Welcome to VisionEraa Studios. By accessing, booking, or using our services, facilities, or website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

   1. VisionEraa Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides podcast production, product shoots, outdoor shoots, and related creative services.
   2. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, collaborators, and users of our website and services.
   3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

   1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking fee or advance payment.
   2. Full payment must be made before the final delivery of any project unless agreed otherwise in writing.
   3. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
   4. Any additional hours, services, equipment, or personnel requested during the shoot will be billed separately.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

   1. Cancellations made:
      • 72 hours or more before the scheduled booking: 100% refund of the advance.
      • Less than 72 hours before the shoot: 50% refund of the advance.
      • Less than 24 hours before the shoot: No refund.
   2. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours prior.
   3. In case of extreme weather or unavoidable circumstances during outdoor shoots, rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge.

4. Studio Usage Rules

   1. Clients must adhere to all safety and operational instructions provided by our team.
   2. Any damage to studio property, equipment, or accessories caused by the client or their team will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
   3. Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are strictly not allowed inside the studio premises.
   4. Pets are not allowed unless specifically required for the shoot and pre-approved.

5. Creative Rights & Deliverables

   1. All raw footage, photographs, or audio recorded by us remain the intellectual property of VisionEraa Studios unless otherwise agreed.
   2. Final edits and deliverables will be provided as per the project scope discussed.
   3. Turnaround time varies by project type and will be communicated during booking.
   4. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be chargeable.

6. Client Responsibilities

   1. Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled slot. Delays may reduce the available shooting time.
   2. Clients are responsible for arranging talent, props, scripts, and other materials unless these are specifically contracted with us.
   3. The client must ensure that all content created complies with local laws and does not violate copyright or trademark regulations.

7. Outdoor Shoot Terms

   1. Outdoor shoot availability is subject to permissions, weather conditions, and location policies.
   2. Any government or private location permissions, fees, or approvals must be arranged by the client unless agreed otherwise.
   3. Travel and logistics for out-station shoots will be billed separately.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

   1. We respect your privacy and will not share your footage, data, or project details without consent.
   2. For marketing purposes, we may request permission to display selected work in our portfolio or social media. You may choose to decline.

9. Limitation of Liability

   1. VisionEraa Studios shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, equipment malfunction, or technical failures.
   2. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

10. Indemnification

    1. Clients agree to indemnify and hold VisionEraa Studios harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the content created, talent used, or misuse of studio property.

11. Governing Law

    1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana.
